I’m still in complete shock! I never thought this would happen, I have officially found my favorite Lilly Pulitzer piece ever (At least, so far!). What’s most shocking; it’s not a dress…it’s a swim suit!
After Sunday brunch, two friends and I stopped into the Worth Avenue Lilly Pulitzer store in West Palm Beach, FL. I had no intention of buying anything, but since shopping was part of a bachelorette weekend I figured I’d have some fun and try on some of the new releases.
After being greeted by the lovely ladies in the store, we were handed a Prosecco and grapefruit juice drink (yum!), and filled our dressing rooms with a variety of prints and pieces.
There it was; the first thing I tried on: the Jansen One-Piece Swimsuit. I was instantly in love! It was like it was made for me! I came out of the dressing room and everyone agreed, I HAD to get it.
As you all know, I rarely pay full-price for a Lilly piece so this was a big deal. My husband hasn’t seen the credit card yet, but even then, I don’t regret it one bit!

The girl in the store said every person she has seen try this piece on has looked stunning, and I’d have to agree. I don’t see how you couldn’t look aca-mazing in this swim suit! This is actually the first one-piece I have ever rocked in my adult life!
Tips and Tricks with Lilly Pulitzer Swim
Picking Your Size
For reference, I’m 5’4”, and a 36B/34C. I am also always a size 4 in Lilly Pulitzer dresses. In the swimsuit, I purchased a size 6. That means I sized up for swimwear. I have heard that this is a common theme for most girls, so order one size up ladies!
Same Suit, Different Color
Like I said before, I purchased the Jansen swimsuit in the “Resort White Call My Shell Phone” print. The suit also comes in the “Inky Navy Glow And Flow” print. But if you need even more than two prints in your life, did you know that Lilly Swimwear is actually designed by Rob Beattie?? That means most of the Lilly swim designs you love are available in even more colors through the Rob Beattie’s Bleu collection. The most similar to the Jansen suit is the Bleu Textured OTS suit.
